How to Submit Your Results

Submitting your event results is quick, easy, and flexible! We want to celebrate every mile you move, so we’ve designed the process to be simple for everyone, no matter how you track your activity.

Here’s What You Need:

  1. 𝐀 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 £50 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 – To officially submit your result, ensure you’ve pledged at least £50 towards your chosen event or distance. Please note submissions including multiple events require multiple pledges. 
  2. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – There are two easy ways to show you’ve completed your goal:

Option 1: Logged Miles through an App (Strava, Garmin, etc.)

  • If you’ve logged your miles on Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, Fitbit, or any app and shared it with our community:
    • Copy the link to your post and send it via our submission form below OR
    • Take a quick screenshot and send it to crukcampaign@gmail.com with subject "MY RESULTS"

No screenshot? Just send us:

  • Your name
  • Date & time of the post
  • The platform (Strava, Garmin, etc.)
  • Distance completed

We’ll cross-check everything for you.

Option 2: Manual Submission (Treadmill, Walk, etc.)

  • Take a photo of your treadmill screen, step counter, or fitness app showing the completed distance.
  • Submit this screenshot or photo to crukcampaign@gmail.com with subject "MY RESULTS"
